bathemp.ca uses one of the most advanced shipping calculation features on the net. Your shipping charges are calculated according to the weight and shipping destination. You would be able to see the shipping cost of your purchase, once you provide us with the shipping address in the check-out order form.

Time
As we stock most of the items, we would be able to ship orders within 24 - 72 hours. However, shipment of some items are based on the availability of the manufacturer. We would notify you by e-mail or phone of any items that need a longer shipping time.

Customs, Tariffs and Taxes
You (International buyers) may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from bathemp.ca, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Product Returns
Please note that there would be a 25% restocking charge on all returned items. Certain conditions apply. Special orders and custom-made items are not returnable.

Note: Products that wished to be returned, should NOT have been INSTALLED and be in it's original Packing.
Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned items should be insured and sent with signature guarantee postal services.
